Subject: Luminette Powerglide Issue

Hello,

We installed several large (approx. 160 x 119) Powerglide Luminette shades
last year. When we did the install we had problems with one of them where it
kept getting stuck when closing in one spot and then wouldn't go past the
same spot. The only way to fix it would be to disconnect and reconnect
power. This was recommended to us by our fabricator to erase the memory.
They told us the problem was due to the rod not being level so it would
detect resistance and would create a new limit. We checked to see if the rod
wasn't level and it seemed fine. A year later and we are still dealing with
the problem. Has anyone experience this and if so any recommendations?

Hello Susan,

JessittGold(www.jessittgold.com) sells a blind that has the same continuous
loop feature but I think the price is similar to Nanik's. I'm not sure if
the system is the same as Nanik's.
