IVE MADE SHADES LARGER THAN THAT. yOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO HAVE A SEAM IN THE MATERIAL, I DONT KNOW IF THERE IS A 10FT WIDE FABRIC. A SOMFY SHADE MOTOR CAN DO THE JOB. IVE MADE SHADES 12X12 AND EVEN A 16X 10.

I would also like to know if someone would do greenhouse shades.  Castec used to do a great job. The product is so problematic that no one wants to attempt them in this recession.

Fashion Tech out of Portland, OR does custom painted wood blinds even in duotone. 
The up charge is minimal.

That large roller shade can't be made as the looms don't make the wire shade fabric large enough. You may get in made with a seam. Try it in a roman shade form, then you can hide the seam.

Both of you might try Skyco Shading System (www.skycoshade.com).  They specialize in large commercial jobs but will do small jobs too.  They exhibited at the Window Fashions trade show in Atlanta, Georgia, in May.
