A West Michigan Blinds Manufacturing Facility is seeking applicants for their Plant Manager Position. Applicants must have prior experience in the window fashions industry specifically in horizontal blind assembly. Position Duties Lead and direct a crew in the production / assembly of custom built horizontal blinds Maintain production schedules to ensure on time delivery.Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure product will be produced efficiently and on time.Train / develop / progress new and existing employees.Suggest / Implement continuous improvement methods / practices. This will be a full time first shift position with hours from 6:00am – 2:30pm. Pay will be based on experience and is negotiable.
